● Promptly notify the instructor if any breach or suspected breach of this Agreement occurs.

If the student violates this Agreement, the Instructor reserves the right to:
● Terminate the student’s access to the course without refund
● Pursue legal remedies including injunctive relief, damages, and attorney’s fees.
Once registered (paid enrollment), the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
